850 Pounds of Food Donated by Superior Employees

During the 2014 Thanksgiving holiday, Superior employees did their part to help those less fortunate by generously donating 850 pounds worth of canned food items to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

These donations, collected during a two-week food drive, along with a monetary contribution from Superior, were able to help feed dozens of impoverished children, families and senior citizens during the holiday season.

For the past 40 years, the LA Food Bank has been committed to feeding the hungry and living up to their vision: “No one goes hungry in Los Angeles County.” Currently, the LA Food Bank partners with 650 charitable agencies with more than 1,000 food distribution sites located throughout Los Angeles.
