Launched in 2017 our Nashville distribution center was a strategic investment in growing our network reach. Our central location puts us at pace with two of the largest logistics providers in the U.S. – FedEx Express Hub in Memphis and UPS Worldport in Louisville.

We continue to invest in technology and infrastructure improvements and launched Pick to Light in January 2019. An industry-leading technology Pick to Light doubles our Picking Productivity for Unites and Orders, increasing capacity and order accuracy.

TL9000 Certified

Intended solely for organizations working in the telecommunications industry, the TL9000 certification is based on ISO 9001 and incorporates its critical performance metrics. Superior Communcations participates in regular surveillance audits to ensure compliance with TL9000 requirements covering business areas including requirements for design, development, production, delivery and installation of products and services.

Customs Trade Partnership
Against Terrorism (CTPAT)

CTPAT is a voluntary public-private sector partnership program which recognizes that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) relies on close cooperation with importers, carriers, consolidators, customs brokers, and manufacturers to provide the cargo security. Superior takes its responsibility seriously, and is currently working with CBP to identify security gaps, and implement specific security measures and best practices to protect our supply chain.
