The Red Cross continues to respond and provide relief to people affected by Hurricane Irma:
- Shelters were opened in 8 states, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
- Nearly 2.3 million meals and snacks have been served to people in need
- Aid groups and volunteers are onsite to help those in need and provide much needed supplies
- Blood products are being sent to ensure patient needs are being met
