Mike brings extensive leadership experience from Motorola Solutions where he led the company’s transformation from hardware centric to software. In addition to overseeing Superior’s day-to-day operations, Mike will apply his expertise in operations and supply chain management by focusing on end-to-end process optimization. He will ensure these processes satisfy or exceed Superior’s standards of efficiency on a consistent basis and that resources are being utilized effectively.

Previously, Mike held COO leadership roles with Brightstar Corp. and Pantech where he was responsible for managing the U.S. operations focused on supply chain excellence, market strategies and tactics, which deliver bottom line results within the company’s distribution, fulfillment, and retail market. He has also held executive level positions at Cingular Wireless (now AT&T) and BellSouth Corporation. Mike is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and conducted postgraduate studies at the Jack Massey School of Business Belmont University.
